Abstract Submission Information |
| Communications should concern all aspects of Hand / elbow/ shoulder surgery and Hand / elbow/shoulder rehabilitation therapy including the clinical and the basic research. |
Prospective authors are invited to submit the abstracts.
· Abstract submission begins on March 1, 2009.
· Abstract submission is available only through Website.
· Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hard copy, or email.
· Submission of Abstracts Deadline September 16, 2009 |
· Please fill in “Abstract Submission Form” and submit your abstract.
· Abstracts must be written in English.
· Maximum 300 words (including punctuation, excluding spaces, title and author information).
· Make your abstract as informative as possible, including a brief background, the purpose of the study,
the methods used, the results obtained, and the conclusions based upon the results.
· Abstracts will be produced as submitted. It is the author’s responsibility to submit a correct abstract.
The organizers will not correct any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact.
· The corresponding author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible
for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.
· Acknowledgement of receipt of your submission will be sent to the email address you indicated.
If you do not receive the confirmatory email within 24 hours, your submission is not complete and
your abstract needs to be resubmitted. |
Notifications of Abstracts Acceptance |
· Submitted abstracts will be considered for oral or poster presentation. Posters will be displayed for
the duration of the congress; further information concerning the size of the poster boards will be provided
with your acceptance confirmation.
· Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be emailed by September 30, 2009.
· The presenter of an accepted abstract will be expected to register for the Congress at the appropriate fee.
If the presenter fails to register by October 15, 2009, the abstract will not be included in the Abstract Book. |
